Move forward with measurement.

Our eco-responsible approach is based on relevant choices of materials, readable evidence and attention paid to the entire cycle of use.

Our belief

The “right” product always depends on the context.

There is no universal answer. The quantity of material, function, duration of use, collection and available processing are as important as the material itself.

VPACK seeks demanding and explainable compromises, adapted to the constraints of distributors and end users.

Three axes

An operational responsibility.

01

Better selection

Favor fibrous materials and solutions with verifiable technical and environmental information.

02

Explain better

Distinguish between recyclability, biodegradability and compostability to avoid shortcuts and guide the right action.

03

Serve better

Build consistent packaging and supplies in order to limit complexity, disruptions and unnecessary flows.

Eco-design

Look beyond the material.

A useful approach also considers the format, weight, secondary packaging, number of units per carton, palletization and the reality of the end of life.

Just speak

Precise words for informed choices.

Recyclable
Theoretical recyclability must be compared with sorting instructions and the channels actually available in the territory concerned.
Industrially compostable
Processing requires a dedicated facility and controlled conditions. Appropriate collection is an essential step.
Compostable at home
This property is subject to a separate level of requirement and must be justified for each reference that claims it.
Biosourced
The term describes the renewable origin of part of the material, without in itself prejudging the end of life of the product.

Shared progress

Do better, with our customers.

We are moving forward in concrete steps: clarifying an assortment, testing an alternative, measuring constraints and improving the system over time.
